Def Jam artist Bibi Bourelly returns with a new track and video today, “Writer’s Song.” The track will be included on Bibi’s upcoming project, which will be announced soon.
Speaking on the track, Bibi told Highsnobiety: “I wrote ‘Writer’s Song’ when the suits were pressuring me to come up with a radio single. I couldn’t think straight and so I just went in the booth and this is what came out. I wrote it in about 10 minutes in New York.”
“Writer’s Song” is the first new music from Bibi Bourelly since 2017’s Boy (In Studio), a 4-song EP of live studio recordings that delved into boy/relationships through the prism of Bibi’s life, in and out of the spotlight.
