Multi-Grammy nominated producer Salaam Remi continues to gives us gems with each release off his forthcoming project Do It for the Culture 2. The latest single, “Roll The Dice,” is a dynamic, hypnotizing collaboration with falsetto powerhouse Gallant.
The dreamy and airy production finds Gallant asking his lover for a chance to prove himself. “So let me roll the dice / Let me spin the bell for once or twice,” he sings. “Trust me with the cards / Just let me take a bet out on this life.”
Gallant’s “Roll The Dice” follows “Find My Love” by Nas and Amy Winehouse. The singer recently shared a short but must-hear cover of Ne-Yo’s “Sexy Love.” The R&B singer is currently prepping for the release of his much-anticipated sophomore album This Does Not Fit, which is expected out later this year.
